I am a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Engineering educator with more than 25 years of
teaching experience and over 20 years working in technology and engineering education.
Throughout my career in Austin ISD and Hays CISD, I have developed and delivered hands-on,
project-based learning experiences in engineering, robotics, manufacturing, CAD/CAM, and
technology applications. I am certified in multiple PLTW engineering courses and have
successfully prepared students for Industry-Based Certifications while helping them develop
critical problem-solving and workforce readiness skills. My goal is to connect authentic
engineering research with classroom instruction to create meaningful STEM learning
experiences that inspire and prepare students for future careers.
