The user fees are charged on an hourly basis and stay the same for all times including after-hour usage. We charge reservation time plus excess usage. Note that even the timer is ended earlier, the entire reservation will be billed. "No show" will be billed for the entire reservation.

Example: An internal user who performs a low-temperature photoluminescent experiment (using CW laser) will reserve Cobolt laser, Andor spectrometer, and Montana Instrument cryostat. For an 8 hours and 20 minutes usage, the user should expect to be charged for $(4+2+13) per hour × 9 hours = $171.

*Training fee*: A one-time flat fee is charged at $40 per person ($50 For-Profit).
