Postdoctoral Fellow, Molecular Biosciences, SuperSeed
I am a postdoctoral researcher and a research educator with the Ellington group. My background is in plant molecular and synthetic biology and my research currently focuses on plant chemometrics and the process of creating and understanding transcriptomic fingerprints in response to (or anticipation of) chemical exposure. As a research educator, I run the Bioprospecting2.0 stream as a part of the Freshman Research Initiative (supported by PIs Andrew Ellington and Jennifer Brodbelt). In my stream, undergraduate students are active participants in experiential learning around the topic of chemometrics with plants.
